How it works

A day built around your team's actual work

No generic curriculum. I learn what your team does, then we spend the day using AI on those exact tasks, with everyone hands-on the whole time.

  1. 1A free 20-minute scoping callYou tell me your team, what they do, and what you want them to be able to do. I come back with a plan, a date and a flat price.
  2. 2A tailored hands-on dayWe run the workshop on your team's real tasks, live, remote or in person. Small group, everyone building, not watching.
  3. 3They keep goingYour team leaves with what they made and a short set of resources so the habits stick after I've gone.

What your team walks away with

Not a certificate they file and forget. Skills and habits they use the next day.

Prompts that hold up on real workNot clever tricks. The habits that get a reliable answer on the actual tasks your team does every week.
A workflow or two they'll keep usingEveryone leaves having built something on their own work that saves them time the next day, not a demo they forget.
The judgement to know when to trust itWhere AI helps, where it quietly gets things wrong, and how to check before they act on it.
Confidence instead of vague FOMOPeople stop worrying they're behind and start using AI on purpose, which is where the payback lives.
A common way of workingThe whole team leaves with the same approach and language for AI, so it becomes a team habit rather than one keen person doing their own thing.
Hours back on the busyworkThe repetitive stuff — first drafts, summaries, cleaning up data — gets faster, which is where the time actually comes back.

Questions teams usually ask

If yours isn't here, ask me on the call.

How much does a workshop cost?

It's a flat fee for the day, not per head, so it's easy to sign off. The exact number depends on group size and how tailored you want it. Tell me what you need on a quick call and I'll give you a clear price with no surprises.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. This is for normal teams doing normal work: marketing, ops, sales, product, finance, admin. If they can use a laptop, they can do this. We work on the tasks they already do, not code.

Which AI tools do you cover?

Claude and applied generative AI are my specialism, and I also cover what you already have, like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. The point is your team leaves able to use whatever's in front of them, and to pick the right tool for the job.

Is it remote or in person?

Whichever suits you. I run it live online for teams anywhere in the UK, or in person around Birmingham and the West Midlands. Distributed teams usually do it online.

How big can the group be?

It works best with 5 to 15 people so everyone gets hands-on and I can help individually. Larger teams work too, we just plan it as more than one session.

How soon can you run one?

Usually within a couple of weeks of the scoping call, depending on the diary. If you need it sooner, say so and we'll make it work.
