Frequently asked

AI and Claude training for UK government, councils and public bodies.

Who is this AI training for?

UK public sector teams — central government departments and agencies, local councils, NHS and arm's-length bodies. We train frontline staff, specialist digital and data teams, and leadership, sizing each programme to the group.

Can you train our team specifically on Claude?

Yes. Claude and applied generative AI are our specialism — hands-on sessions on your real work. We also cover the tools you already have, like Microsoft Copilot, so staff leave able to use whatever is in front of them safely and well.

How does this fit the civil service 'AI for All' push and the 5 days of learning?

It maps directly onto it. The Cabinet Office 'One Big Thing: AI for All' campaign asks every civil servant to become a confident, responsible AI user, and the AI Playbook gives each person up to 5 days of learning a year. Our Foundation / Working / Expert tracks are built to slot into exactly that entitlement and taxonomy.

Is the training delivered remotely or in person?

Either. We run hands-on sessions live online for teams anywhere in the UK, or in person in Birmingham and across the West Midlands. Distributed departments usually mix the two.

Can you work with our procurement and security requirements?

Yes. We're a UK-based provider and happy to complete your supplier due diligence, data-handling and security checks. We can be engaged directly or through your procurement process; if you use a particular framework or purchasing route, tell us and we'll work to it.

How do we get started?

Tell us your team, its size and what you want people to be able to do, and we'll come back with a concrete plan, dates and a price. The first scoping call is free.
